DBS02 Dry Bearing POM

 

It is an environmentally friendly lead-free material that does not require lubricants at all.

It is a material composed of polyacetal resin (POM), lipophilic fibers, special fillers and oils, which can be injection molded to create complex shapes and have good sliding properties due to oil-impregnated POM materials.

It has a low coefficient of friction and wear resistance properties under no lubrication.

It can be used at high speed and without lubrication.

Low coefficient of friction does not cause stick slip.

Complex shapes are possible through injection molding.

It has an excellent tolerance for misalignment.

It has a wide operating temperature range.
