DBX01 Thrust Washer DXT Steel Copper-tin POM

 

Pre-lubricated bearings are made of environmentally friendly lead-free materials and use grease and other lubricants during assembly.

It is a bearing material with high load capacity that can be expected to have a long service life due to regular lubrication. Copper-tin alloy is sintered porously on a steel backing metal and lined with polyacetal resin (POM) + α.

It combines the good sliding properties of the indentation (grease pocket) with the strength and dimensional stability of the metal material.

It has high speed and high load capabilities.

It has high durability due to its ability to hold lubricant.

It has low friction coefficient and wear resistance properties under pre-lubrication.

It has a wide operating temperature range.

It has an excellent tolerance for misalignment.
