DDK05 Slide Plate K5P Oil-free PTFE Bearings

 

It is a completely oil-free bearing that does not require any lubricant, and is made of a copper-tin alloy sintered porously into a steel backing metal, and lined with a mixture of ethylene tetrafluoride resin (PTFE) and a special filler.

It combines the good sliding properties of PTFE + special filler with the strength and dimensional stability of metal materials.

It has a low coefficient of friction and wear resistance properties under no lubrication.

Low coefficient of friction does not cause stick slip.

It has a high load capacity.

It has a wide operating temperature range.

It has excellent chemical resistance.
